Package  applications on their supported operating system, for example if the  application only supports Windows XP or Windows 2003 then package on  these operating systems.

Anti-virus may be left running during  packaging, click 'Retry' during packaging if files are flagged as in-use  by the anti-virus software.

32-bit on 64-bit

Do not package 32-bit software on a 64-bit OS.

Management Hypervisor

Access  to management hypervisor is only required if you wish to Stop / Start /  Revert machines and take snapshots, and manipulate the disk state  depending of non-persistent disks if you wish to create VM restore  points.
