This article summarises the changes and new features made to Cloudhouse Alchemy throughout February 2023.

Auto Packager

4.6.2302.25129 (released 14th February 2023)

New Features

  • Package Runtimes updated to include version 4.6.2301.3056
  • AAV version updated to include version 4.6.2301.27473

Packages

4.6.2302.3078 (released 20th February 2023)

New Features

  • Improved error reporting during the deployment and run of a Compatibility Package.
  • Attempts are now made to refresh an expired Run Access licensing token automatically.

Fixes

  • Resolved an issue with licensing tokens incorrectly being copied from ProgData to the root of the deployed Compatibility Package.

Advisories

Advisory 1

Alchemy's Compatibility Package Editor should only be used to update applications, files, and registry redirections on the same architecture on which the original Compatibility Package was created. For example, if the Compatibility Package was created on an x86 machine, then the Compatibility Package Editor must be run on an x86 machine to update the Compatibility Package.
