New Features

Supports the diffing of modified files in ProgData.
Registers context menu proxies at time of deployment. For more information, read Supported Variables in Alchemy Compatibility Packages.
Updates OpenSourceLicenses for VC Runtimes.
Uninstalling FileAssociations.xml no longer removes native keys that have subkeys unrelated to the package.

Creates a proxy DLL to virtualise 32bit apps from IContextMenu.
Creates a proxy DLL to vistualise 32bit apps from IExplorerCommand context menus.
Change context menus to launch via Run.exe instead of AAV.
