Creating an action that links to PagerDuty helps to get notifications across timely.

To set up Actions for PagerDuty, a PagerDuty integration and favoriting an event view must be performed.

Setting up Actions for PagerDuty

1. Navigate to the events page to set up the actions.
   
2. Click Add action.
   
3. Choose "Trigger a PagerDuty Service".
   
4. Choose a PagerDuty integration to connect to this particular action. Give the action a name as well as description. The incident key can be left blank. Save the action.
   
5. PagerDuty will trigger an incident once Guardian records that a user has logged into the system.
