Version 2111 of Cloudhouse Alchemy Compatibility Packages is available and contains the changes and new features summarised below.

AppAcceleratorV

New Features

AppAcceleratorV 4.6.2110.28033 (released 2nd November 2021)

  • Hashing pipeline is now created separately from AAV
  • Ability to include a file in AppRegistry.xml
  • Hashing DLLs included as part of the Nuget package/Chocolately installation are now included.

AppAcceleratorV 4.6.2111.28121 (released 30th November 2021)

  • New RedirectCreateProcess Compatibility Feature to allow AAV to redirect create process arguments.

Fixes

AppAcceleratorV 4.6.2110.28033 (released 2nd November 2021)

  • Resolved an issue where certain registry paths won't work on 32bit OS when using access views.
  • Resolved an issue with PackageFileSecurity and user redirections not being written to the Compatibility Package’s settings on the first runtime

AppAcceleratorV 4.6.2111.28121 (released 30th November 2021)

  • Resolved an issue with AAV failing to open file/folders using the file/folder's index number.

Auto Packager

New Features

Auto Packager 4.6.2111.27247 (released 19th November 2021)

  • Aligned information saved to the Compatibility Packaging Report during the initial creation of the Compatibility Package and subsequent editing.
  • Version of Licensing binaries updated along with AAV binaries when a Compatibility Package is edited.
  • Compatibility Package binaries updated to version 4.6.2110.3309 and AAV binaries to version 4.6.2110.28033

Fixes

Auto Packager 4.6.2111.27247 (released 19th November 2021)

  • Licensing binaries are now copied into the AAV binaries folder when a Compatibility Package is created.
  • We now prevent false positives when identifying subkeys in ExportFromSystem.

4.6.2110.3309 (released 2nd November 2021)

  • Improved the text shown when TLS 1.2 cannot be set.
  • Requirement removed for “any” token to require user sid hash.

Fixes

4.6.2110.3309 (released 2nd November 2021)

  • Resolved an issue where a Compatibility Package fails to deploy if the install/uninstall name of a service is longer than 80 chars.

Advisories

Advisory 1

The Container Editor should only be used to update applications, file, and registry redirections on the same architecture the original Container was created on. For example, if the Container was created on an x86 machine, then the Container Editor must be run on an x86 machine to update the Container.
